Hello all,

I am using FC 36 in my SCL code. Things are fine.

IntFeedback := SEL( G := MyCondition, IN0 := Input1, IN1 := Input2);

However I have two queries to understand more about this FC.

1. In the block properties, the FC call is not listed

Why is so?

2. Can I replace it with simple If Else condition? It looks simply like a If-ELSE condition or there is more to SEL than a IF-ELSE which I am missing?

I am sure that section list the FCs which are being called from the code of the block whose property is shown. It does not list what further calls the FCs being used in that code are making.

Yes, you're right.  So, if you click on FC36, left button, properties.  you'll not see the call to FC36.
