Hi, I am facing the same issue with Desigo CC 5.1 installed in windows 11 pro edition. The software works fine, after a while the message client disconnected is displayed in the screen and the data is no more visible. Hi, The minimum RAM required to run CC is 16Gb - see attached Capture1.jpg from document A6V12072883 (System Limits and Hardware Requirements). This will be why the services in the SMC are stopping and starting. Unfortunately, 8GB of RAM is not enough and your project is basically restarting due to lack of resources. I have seen this happen before. To see if the server is actually running in emergency mode, browse to the Extended Operation tab of the Main Server under management view. See attached Capture2.png with various pieces of information highlighted. Another thing to bear in mind that was mentioned previously is that CC V5.1 is not fully compatible (or supported) on Windows 11. Regards, AttachmentCaptures.zip (582 Downloads) |
