We are seeing the panel well in the Set Pg Pc interface , but the project Transfer window shows no connection to the device . What could be the problem ? 6AV6641-0CA01-0AX1

We tried with Prosave, but it is also not seeing the hmi. Could it be an issue that it is a new op, so we must use serial or usb cable for first time download?

Which settings do you have set in the OP itself? aciavte also "only master on the bus" Which communication processor or MPI/DP adapter/cable do you use exactly? which Image Version is on the Panel? (you can try to connect with prosave and read out the current image) (And do not! use the Auto setting in PGPC Interface setting, use Profibus OR MPI directly) Bye Murof

The settings on the OP are: Channel 1 : Serial (un-changeable) -> Disable , Channel 2 : MPI/DP Enable (remote on) , Address: 1 , Baud rate: 187.5 kb , (Only Master on the bus is activated in PG/PC interface of the laptop) . The communication hardware is cable 6ES7901-0BF00-0AA0 connected to CP5711 of the PG . On the Panel screen we read image V11.00.02.02_01.05 (but could not connect with Prosave) . Bootloader : 1.02/30.1.2004 . In PG/PC interface, we used the MPI directly as mentioned . Could it be some versions issue (between op and prosave) ?
