hi,dear all:

i need software to connect to simovert vc(6se7021-3tb61-z)for commisionning and backup parameters and restore to other.i try to connect with drive monitor software(v 5.4)but i can't connect to it.i go to parameter number r069 that version of drive is 3.1.

please help me how can i solve this problem and if need software(foe example i heared  simovis software maybe help)send me this software.

thank you so much for reply,but i can not connect to drive and after trying to connect by another computer when search drive to connect show ?????????.and i can not connect to drive and see parameters.can you send me simovis software?

I have the same exact problem... 

Whenever I try to communicate to the drive it only shows ????????

I also think that the software is not correct maybe I have to use the SIMOVIS software but no where to find that software! 

Can sombody help me solving this issue?
