F035 Fault reset simovert vc

dnk185 Posts: 5 Rating: (0)	Hello all, I created this fault some how using the op1s now can not get it to go away. I think im close to figuring out how to reset this fault by reading the manual. I think you reset it using P575? It has parameter values 0: not allowed = 18 1: no external fault = 18 So what parameters do I change to fix this issue? Sorry, I'm farily new to this drive. simovert vc frequenzumrichter VFD. Thanks

Graeme Platinum Expert Joined: 6/4/2008 Last visit: 11/25/2025 Posts: 1521 Rating: (327)	Hi, at the moment, if Digital Input 5 (18) is low, then you will get the F035 External Fault. If you didn't need the Digital Input to trigger this fault, you can set P575.001 = 1. That should then allow the F035 fault to be acknowledged. Make sure that this was not required in the first case, as this may have been some kind of "safety" interlock. Regards, Graeme

PISCEAN 2010 Posts: 8092 Rating: (884)	Hello, P575 is BICO parameter for selecting binector for tripping in case external fault signal is to be read, it is control word bit 15. So check the parameter back up to know the source of P575 binector or see r550 status on display if control word bit 15 is low or high. For details please refer attached sheet. zia07 Posts: 7 Rating: (0)	We had fault F150 on our drive, 1500kw, cooling fan at rectifier side was stuck up and fuse(7A) was blown on power supply card. replaced fuse and fan, started normal

How should I solve it? Can the external fault input 1 of F035 be shielded by changing the wiring at the x101 terminal of CUVC?
