I am working in TIA V19; every time I close the project, an error encounter comes up. 

Error message details attached. I am facing this issue in one of my projects. another project, this error will not occur.

How to resolve this issue.

First of all, what I would suggest is to install the V19 Updates in case you don't have them installed.

I would also check if the operating system with which the computer is compatible with V19 through the Compability Tool

Thanks for your suggestion. My TIA portal is up-to-date. (TIA V19 update 3 & Startdrive SP1) installed.

One of my projects is having this issue. That project was developed on another laptop. When I opened it on my laptop and then closed it, that time crash popup came.

Hi,

I had similar problem - when I disabled global search in TIA Portal it works...Try to update also Startdrive to newest Version (this causes this problem in my case).

After dissable this global search also error came. 

This problem occurs after the 2nd PLC & 2nd HMI copy and paste from another project. that project having this same issue. That's why this crash issue occurs in my project backup also.

In my case when I installed Stardrive error will come, I deleted Stardrive - error will keeps, when I installed TIA V20 it fixes so I think you need reinstall V19 and it fixs.
