Wincc Authorization properties shows "Error" (Ver 7.3, Ver 7.5 )

daercole Experienced Member Joined: 4/7/2012 Last visit: 12/22/2025 Posts: 142 Rating: (4)	I discover that all project that we have created ( corrently are migrated to WinCC 7.5 SP1 ) have the same issue / bug: Something it is wrong in the autorization function matching, and when I open a button properties , in the authorization field I can just read “Error” When I open the User administration tool, I noted that the “function" colums it is empty . Is there a relation with my problem? I tried to fill in values but without success…. ( are not editable fields) Any Help will be appreciated. Thanks

The only possible way that make sense , it is to fix the User amdinistrator map. ( i tryed , but do not allow me to rename any field, seems to be locked.. ) Thanks

Bye Murof The problem is that the project was already modified with the bug of the operation level. I wish solve directly in the actual project

Then open the table dbo.PW_LINE Here you find all configured Authorization levels. also there is a column with LINENAME Here you can see in which line of the Text Libray the text is edited. I tested it with a new test project and I can change the text i textlibray and in Editor I see the changes after reopening Perhaps this can also help you Bye Murof
