PXCM USB port Backup

In all the documentation that I've found it states the following: USB MEDIA SUPPORT: Backup of database, storage of graphics, web server upgrades I've used a flash drive to store graphics and do web server upgrades. If it is possibile is there any documentation on the process to do so?

Storage of graphics: graphic and its associations can be saved to B drive from FINlite. web server upgrade: UI of FPWeb can be upgraded via USB port. Backing upthepanel database tothe USB Drive automaticallyis not possibly at this time.
