Our PG 740 with SCO Unix + Struc-G had a HDD crash recently.

We are trying to recover the struc projects on the HDD.

Need to know the following :

a) In which folder can we locate the struc-G projects created by user ?

b) what is the file system type used in SCO Unix

a) Projects are located in the folder /u/user_name/struc.4xx/lnk_awd

b) File system is HTFS.

We have been able to recover the HDD in the form  of a .VHD file.
When we mount this file in Windows, we can see both the partitions ( Windows and SCO-Unix ).
We can access the Windows partition however the SCO-Unix partition is detected as Unknown file system.

I have searched for tools which can read non windows file systems ( e.g. Linux etc ), however could not find any tool which can read HTFS file system.

Can you pl guide ?

Thanks for your suggestions.

After trying to access the Unix partition from Dos / Windows, I tried the other way round.

Finally found that these is a command in Unix to Copy To/From the Dos / Windows Partition. ( doscp ).
It is easy to copy files from Unix to DOS and vice-versa using this command.
