You can use s7-200 PC Access smart to get the data in program of PLC you had coded. After that, you use Factory I/O program to simulate what you need.

Do you mean there isn't any special program for simulation ?

 if you have big problem with time and you need simulate some parts as are typical standard LAD blocks/bool operations you can maybe in case you have Step7 Simatic Manager use its PLCSIM. I think you can simulate logic very easy. Somehow I think that upper first messages point to not correct understanding. I think that some one want simulate logic of program and other recommend simulate set values via some other product, who knows.
