I have 3 G120P units that are controlling Pumps. 2 of them are connected to a PLC and I'm trying to remove the PLC from this Application and just use the G120P. Pretty Simple Application If AI0 < 40 PSI Enable Pump If the Pump Is Sucking Air (Low Torque High RPM) Disable Pump for 15 Minutes, restart I think I have the Turn Off at 60 PSI, but it takes some time to get there. it needs to be tuned to get there faster. I have the PID setpoint to 60PSI, but the Hibernation set to 3350 RPM, which seems to be where it 'pumps', but does not build pressure any longer. The Turn On 40 PSI, I have no Idea, in the Hibernation there is a 'timer' set to 20 PSI that seems to be the setting, but not sure why its called a timer and why to set it to 20, the difference? If I put in 40 PSI, it does not start till it hits 20PSI.
