Problem connecting laptop with a XP virtual machine (S5/S7 for Windows with a S5 945)

I'm using the Converter 6ES5 734-1BD20 but likely the driver for this converter is not installed. Where can I download the software for this connecter? What else could be the problem? I'm getting the Error 5754 - PLC does not answer! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from S5 with USB.

Hi Have you defined the serial port for virtual windows xp? Have you selected the serial port number correctly in the software?
