Hi,

I plan to use 5 modules AM2 with 2 analog input

you can to use 8 analog inputs only.And 1 module AM2 AQ with 2 analog output.

You want to give the analog signal to an external display to be able to display the pressure, right?
What kind of signal does the external display expect? 0-10V? 4-20mA?

Attached an example, where i show both ways.
To AI1 - AI4pressure sensors are connected, which measure 0-6,00 bar -> Output AQ1 (0-10V)
To AI5 - AI8 pressure sensors are connected, which measure 0-12,00 bar -> Output AQ2 (4-20mA)

Select with the digital inputs the AI you want to distribute to an output.

That´s what you have to do:
1) Scale the analog inputs,
2) assign each of them to analog MUX,
3) select with one input which pressure value you want,
4) scale them for the analog output.

At the analog output you always have to give out a value from 0-1000.
So if your pressure sensor (0-12,00bar / 1200 steps) shall be transferred into 1000 steps,
calculationrule is 1000/1200 = 0,83 .
0,83 is then the gain factor for an analog amplifier connected in front of the output.

If each sensor has a different measuring range, you need more multiplexers and more analog amplifiers to scale the output value.

Finally:
Maybe for more than 8 sensors you can use an external multiplexer? Or a larger CPU.
