Sinamics S120, create GSDML file

Hello,

I need to create a GSDML file for SINAMICS S120 CU320. I have classic STEP 7 v5.6 project with these drives with the following details:

Device family: SINAMICS
Device SINAMICS S120
Device version: CU320-2 PN
Order nr: 6SL3 040-1MA01-0Axx
Version 4.4

I have tried to use STARTE script to generate GSDML file according to the instructs presented in teh manual "Generating_GSDML_files_for_SINAMICS_drives_V2_2_EN".

The real problem is that I don't have access to the actual drives any more, and for creating the GSDML files, I need to specify original GSD files.

I tried to use the following files:

but it's not working since the firmware version is v4.6.

So, is it possible to find original GSDML files for firmware version v4.4?

I test this by trying to install GSD support files in TIA v17, and there I get error messages when try to install newly created GSDML files usng scripts.

Alternative would be to create these drives manually in TIA, but then I would have to reconfigure them. Is it possible to use STARTER to save configuration and then to use this saved configuration to newly created files in TIA?

Furthermore the GSD is integrated in the Firmware-Files you have on your CF-Card:

They are stored on the SINAMICS S120 Compact Flash Card under the following path:
..\SIEMENS\SINAMICS\DATA\CFG
