Standby CPU: Link-up/update by master CPU aborted

Hi All

I am Working on S7 400H ( CPU 412-5h ) Having Error of 16# 43E7. I have Already Changed m CPU and MMC Card But Still Problem Exist. Kindly Request you all to Help me to get out of this.

 Hello,

Please ensure that you close any active monitoring from any workstation connected to the system (VAT, HW config, Any block, ... etc.). Then switch the standby CPU on and put its switch to RUN position. Don't activate any monitoring till the standby CPU finishes the Link-up test & becomes in RUN mode. 

It normally takes around 1 min.
