Hi, I have similar situation. Brand new 808D. I am new to it. Windows 10. Direct connection. I can ping 808D from computer. I can see shared folder from other computers. (There is a computer user name and password - 1 number). I am entering all this info and getting "The network drive connection is lost. Please check your network connection!" Checking ping - OK. The only suspicious thing - Control Panel\Network and Internet\Network Connections Ethernet - Unidentified network . Please help to connect shared folder.
