CF Card is not showing in 840/810D PCU 20 Siemens

HI Sir 

 VMC Cnc machine with Siemens control we want to save Machine Archive/ Data but we can not copy in CF/ATA 1 GB card, Machine massage show

"waiting for Structure Directory".

How can we fix or copy machine backup in CF card.

Only CF card in CHS mode are supported by PCU20 chip set. CF cards formatted in other modes, for example LBA, do not function.

Hi Sir 

 Thank s a lot for your response, I want to clear here that these CF card already run in these machines but after restore machine Backup of this machine these cards are not supported, i try 1 gb , 2 gb etc but not supported, We format these cards in Fat 32, Extra fat and Default but no success. How we can solve the problem

    Thanks a lot sir for your good anf quick response.

 Your CMOS battery is dead, BIOS load default settings. Try to use AUTO detection mode for your CF Card in "Standard CMOS setup" menu in BIOS.

Also DOS recognises FAT16 filesystem, so you cant use cards larger than 2GB.

    At the beginning of the video the CF Card show that it has been detected where as in PCU 20 ICON CF card which is the CF card doesn't open. BIOS pictures are attached here.

We need you guide line to solve the issue.
