Error in communication between F-CPUs/F-runtime groups F-monitoring time exceeded

Dear all, I am having a problem with PnPn coupler communication. I would brief the situation: 2 PLC S7 - 1518F connect together witn PnPn Coupler. 1 side was programmed with TIA V14 and other side with TIA V16. It was working for long time ago but currently, the error "F-monitoring time exceeded F-runtime group 1" is frequently happening. It is about 6 - 10 times per day. Somtimes, it is very hard to reset. Even, just hit on acknowledge button then it happens again immediately. First, i thought it was issue with the lengt of profinet cable between 2 PnPn Couplers. The lenght was 73 meters, then i put a repeater (Siemens switch) at the middle of cable. (on 22 - Oct - 2023). Everything was fine after this day. But from 30 -Oct, the issue happening again.... Here is the buffer diagnostic i exported from PLC: 6 of 3200; Event ID: 16# 0D:75D4 Error: Safety program: Error in communication between F-CPUs/F-runtime groups F-monitoring time exceeded F-runtime group 1 HW ID of the transfer area: ++CC1+-KF06 / F-Send IO. Incoming event Event type: Error 8/31/2023 8:33:25.158 PM (Coding: 16# 20 01 00 1E 17 80 7B 18 86 96 38 C8 75 D4 00 00 00 00 00 01 00 00 01 BF 00 0D 00 00 71 09 71 01 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 00) So far now, thousand of this error in PLC bufffer. I hope someone can give me a suggestion with this problem
