TIA V19 Wincc Advanced Permanent area Issue

In Wincc Advanced V19 i have created new project.But in the Screen the permanent area occupies 80% of the project screen. I have checked the height in the property of permanent area it is set as 0 only. but when i change to some other number the screen set to actual size and its fine.Also after changing from 0 to some other value and back to 0 the screen remains fine. But when i close the screen or open ,create screen the permanent area again occupies around 80% of the project screen. If it is just with this project, you could try installing the latest TIA Portal's version and then regenerating the whole IM directory. You can follow this FAQ: How do I delete the IM folder of my TIA Portal project? Hope it works!!

Hello, I have Done the way you told to delete IM Folder.But it still the same.Also i have installed the latest V19. But i have found that when i connect my laptop to external monitor (Res:1920 x 1080) screen looks fine. whereas when i work in my laptop this issue happens. if i change my laptop resolution to 1920 x 1080 which makes my screen very small the permanent area issue resolves. But we cannot work with this resolution in my laptop as it makes my application and everything looks smaller.

I deleted the IM folder, no change... I' m using V19 update 2 Thanks,

After converting a V18 proejct to Tia V19, in the Wincc Advanced V19 the permanent area pushes down the HMI screen, taking 80% of the sreen... It can not be moved up. On the Diplay of the machine is the same view... There is no change after installing again complete TIA V19... I have changed the Display setting to 100% of 1920 x 1080 in my Laptop to over come this issue. Iam using TIA V19 Update 3. Any other suggestion? Thanks in Advance
