Hello. I need to connect SIWAREX M to SIWATOOL M using a USB adapter A2. Can't activate connection. Please advise what can be done. |

Hello LevWillsyn, You can’t connect your computer with the Siwarex M module by using the USB Adapter A2. I recommend you to use the adapter UC-232A of the company ATEN: https://support.industry.siemens.com/cs/ww/en/view/28391503 Best regards Siwarexi |

Hello. I have a "Z-TEK USB to RS232 converter". Probably I'm choosing the wrong COM port settings. Please help me choose the right settings. |

Hello LevWillsyn, These port settings are used in the Siwarex M module to set the serial port for a printer, which is connected directly to the Siwarex M module. But these serial port settings have nothing to do with the communication with the Siwatool software. Siwatool set the serial port parameters internal by itself. You have no parameters to set for the serial port for the communication with Siwatool. Best regards Siwarexi
