If the same is done for PORT 0 then it is working very fine. What could be the reason. Is it not possible to configure CPU226 PORT 1 as a modbus master. It is very urgent... can anyone help me.. regards, Sudhakar

Change SMB 30 to SMB 130 SMB 86 to SMB 186 SMB 87 to SMB 187 SMW 90 to SMW 190 SMW 92 to SMW 192 SMB 94 to SMB 194 In Modbus_Txcplt INT126 CMD RCV to Port 1 SMB 34 to SMB 134 in Modbus_Tmr INT127 CMD XMT to Port 1 That Should move you from Port 0 to Port 1 Best Regards Thumper

I have same requirement such that it should communicate with 5 energy meters. I have to read 5 input registers. Is there any special blocks required for modbus master .Or, we can use the same blockof modbus slave program. can yopu please help me out.

If you have installed the Instruction Library for STEP 7-MicroWIN and you install the SP5 then you get the official new Libraries. The new libraries are: 1. USS protocoll for Port 0 and 1 2.
