WinCC V11 problem with TP1500 Comfort Panel

JanJasek Advanced Member Joined: 9/28/2010 Last visit: 6/30/2024 Posts: 43 Rating: (8)	I have a new laptop with Windows 7 Professional 32-bit with this installed software: TIA Step 7 Professional V11 SP 2 Update 4 TIA WinCC Advanced V11 SP 2 Update 4 (Installed from DVD with SP1, then service packs 2 for both step and wincc and then the Update 4) I have installed HSP package for big Comfort panels, but I can't work work with TP1500 Comfort panel. I have the TP1500 Comfort panel in "Add new device" (or hardware catalog) screen. I can select it, but when I click Add no wizard starts (start device wizard is selected) and in project screen in devices I can't work with the panel - there are no items under the device (except two). Please see the attached picture. When I try to compile the HMI, I get this message: ,Either the Automation License Manager is not accessible or no license keys are found. Check if Automation License Service is running., I have the same problem with TP1900 and TP2000. I don't have this problem with TP900 and smaller Comfort panels. With TP900 everything work fine - the wizard starts and I have many items under the device after it is added (Screens, HMI Tags, Connections, HMI Alarms, Recipes, etc.) On my old laptop with Windows XP Professional I have exactly the same software installed and it works fine even with the TP1500. But the old laptop is very slow - so I need to work on the new one. So I guess it is either problem with the Windows 7 or something went wrong during the installation. I have tried to deinstall whole WinCC V11 and installed it again, but the problem persists. Any ideas what should I try, or how should i deinstall the HSP package to try it to install again? Anyone to confirm, that he can work with Win7 + WinCC V11 + TP1500 (or bigger) Comfort panel? Thank you. Attachment DevicesAll.jpg (686 Downloads)
