MM440 Tripped with F022

Shams Posts: 23 Rating: (1)	DearFriends We are using Micromaster 440 Drive of 37KW with filter and it was running fine but suddenly it Tripped by giving a Fault as F002 and message output Fault. According to the fault status we checked the Inverter I/O card and other cards they seems to be OK. We could not find any signs of burns or damage inside the Drive. I have checked the fault history also in r947 index 0....3 it is showing the same fault F022. We check with and without load motor but the same fault we are getting repeatedly and the drive is tripping when we give a start command. Do we need to change the parameters. Kindly help me out in troubleshooting this problem.

The following may cause the sporadic occurrence of F0022: - Sudden load changes or mechanical blockages. - Very short ramp times. - If the Sensorless Vector Control is badly optimised. - If an incorrect braking resistor of too low a resistance is fitted."
