Hello MadsDK, please look up the s7-1200-manual http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/de/36932465 for "HSC" Also look up the help of TIA portalfor the expression"HSC". You will also get some information regarding configuration. For programming: while programming a block you will see at the right collumn the chapter "technology". Click on "Counting" and the function "CRTL_HSC" shows up. maybe you will find some similar postings in this forum like this: /tf/WW/en/Posts/89664 Did this get you closer solving the problem?
