Hi, You have to use S5PRINT where you give a Windows printer thats installed under windows. A printout is printed from STEP5 in a file, please give in STEP5 a filename in and look in the handbook: http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/9831236 and FAQ http://support.automation.siemens.com/WW/view/en/7484402for more information about printing with S5PRINT.
