Μοτιon Control with logo.

Nikzi Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	Dear all I am thinking of an application that might be streching logo's capabilities a little bit, but i think it worth a try. I a want to try and implement a motion control scheme for an async motor, with an inverter and a LOGO. First, i want to implement the holding torque/position bit. I am thinking of using an incremental encoder in one of the LOGO's fast counter inputs. then use a PI control and take a 0-10V analogue output, pass it through a signal conditioner and convert it into -10/+10V so that the inverter can correct its position in both directions. the next step is to use a ramp generator to drive the inverter & motorto the desired position. Any thoughts will be appreciated. I will try start the experiment shortly and attach some code. regards, Nik

Over "Collection of notes and circuits for the use and programming the LOGO! " you can find som circuits with counters - specialy a circuit to count plus and minus values. Use attachment: "LOGO_Schaltungssammlung_Teil_C.zip" and there "Zähler_Schaltungen.zip" Otherwise I am tightened onto your circuit! Best regards Betel
