007sebin Posts: 1 Rating: (0)	hai everyone am using desigo cc v6,and am facing frequent communication failure to server ,how can i rectify the problem and what would be the cause? ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Split from An error occured during the initialization (create shell frame).

The latest Desigo CC version is V3.0. In case you talk about Desigo CC V3.0, I recommend to install the Service Release 2 or 3. (Service Release 3 is not available yet, but will be released in about four weeks). Service Release 2 contains some improvements related to BACnet communication. In case that this should not fix the issue, could you describe the behavior in more detail? Is BACnet affected only or other communication protocols as well? How often does the issue occur (days, weeks, …)? How many controllers are connected? Did you check the error log files? Otherwise please contact your local Siemens BT Technical Support.
