Hello, For our application we have multiple faceplate containers with the same faceplate type. We would like to get the instance name of the faceplate container inside the script of the faceplate. Then we could dynamically create the tag names. We've tried to read the "name" property inside our script but it doesn't returns the instance name. It will only returns the faceplate type. The DisplayName property could only be set in the faceplate itself and not in the instance. Because we could only connect a tag to the interface, we could create a tag (WString) and connect it to the faceplate container but it requires some extra space and time. Maybe there is another way of doing this? Thanks in advance, Mike van Eerd ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ |
