Hello All, I had a similar experience, TIA : V15 CPU : 6ES7 515-2AM01-0AB0 S7 1515-2PN CPU has undergone STOP Mode once with an alarm : "User Data Failure of Hardware Component" followed by another alarm "Hardware Component Removed or Missing". Immediately After TURN OFF and ON, the system STARTED WORKING again WITHOUT any of the ALARM. THE PROCESS HERE IS VERY VERY CRITICAL AND DANGEROUS ERROR OBs - Diag Error (OB 82), HW Interrupt ( OB 40), IO Access Error (OB 122), Rack or Station Failure (OB 86) was present already during the time of breakdown. We couldn't find out the cause of this alarm. Since we thought that the issue could be of Bus Power PS Module (6ES7 505-0RA00-0AB0) , Checked the connections and Power Requirements again . No issues found. Next we cross-checked the SITOPs powering these I/O modules, since we have only AI and AO modules only in the HW Section, cross checked all the wiring to Field (Have Barriers and Isolators) and Power Requirements, but again we couldn't find out any issue caused the alarm and reason of STOP Mode. Since there is immense pressure from client side for a reply about the reason for this breakdown, Need a great support. Please help. Attaching Relevant Screen Shots during the time of breakdown. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ AttachmentS7 1515-2 PN Breakdown Issue.pdf (944 Downloads) |
