Where did you found it?

Which signals you applied to I/R module?

Where you measured 600 V DC? 

When you apply 3 phase AC input & get 600V DC output, please check if terminal 111 & 113 is closed & terminal 111 & 213 is open. This will test that main contactor operation (& 600 V DC output supply is not output due to pre charging circuit only).

But if no any LED i.e. GREEN, YELLOW is ON then to be 100% sure, you need to check IR module on load i.e. its regeneration circuit operation needs to be check on load.

The attached test procedure sheet is to verify/test main DC output, precharging circuit, main contactor operation, IR modules I/O signals etc. etc.

Based on your above observations, I suggest you to connect I/R module on machine & check.

6SN1145-1BA01-0BA1 is 16 KW I/R module as such T113 should be operational.

If those contacts does not change over it means main contactor does not gets switched ON. I guess DC output 600 V is present due to precharging circuit.

I suggest you to check why main contactor does not get switch ON. In many cases main contactor coil is open which causes main contactor operation failure.

Please check.

 I read your posts and other members answers. according to your description, please follow PEASNE2000 suggestion install I/R module to the machine --to see there is no alarams related to this module and machine running with load --OK? 

I attached I/R module terminal drawing 

I used or tested more than 100 of I/R modules in the machine system or on the test bench--I never see a module yellow LED is NOT "on" but there is 600VDC output.

I had case for opposite --yellow LED is on but there is NO 600VDC out put---module was defective. in Your case I don't think your I/R is 100% good--I suggest NOT use it or tested in the machine system

I need to now if the Simodrive is ok , so i did the " Checking of I/R module "  condition that i found in the forum ,  and the unit turns on , fan ok ,  600 vdc ok , but no yellow light , all the leds are off ,

is the unit damage ? what do you think ?
