Data corruption in safety program before output to F I/O.

Impisi Advanced Member Joined: 1/26/2009 Last visit: 3/14/2024 Posts: 22 Rating: (0)	Good day. When I write/output to anyF-DO (from an F-FB) it reports an error and causes the PLC to go to stop mode. The module information gives the following error: Event 2 of 500: Event ID 16# 75D6 Data corruption in safety program before output to F I/O logic standard address: 80 output offset: 0.1 Number of the F-I/O data blocks: 1504 previous operating mode: RUN requested operating mode: STOP Internal error, Incoming event 05:17:25.279 PM 04/14/2010 The safety program (from the "Edit safety program" dialog box) & the hardware configuration compile and download to the PLC without problems. There are no bus faults on the profinet network. The ET200S station is made of the following equipment: IM151-1 HF: 6ES7 151-1BA02-0AB0 F-DO: 6ES7 138-4FB03-0AB0 F-DO module settings: F-monitoring time(ms) = 150 Behavior after channel faults = Passivate the channel Activated = Ticked Read-back time = 5(ms) Diagnostics: wire break = Not ticked Please assist. I have seen this error when the F-Structure Data and Comp elements don't match (i.e. are not 2's complements of each other). cabreytj

I think it's Distributed Safety, right? If so, please start the 'Check for Accesses from the Standard User Program' - function (you find it in the 'Edit safety program' dialog at the arrow of the compile-button). I guess, that you write somewhere in the standard-program on values, which are used in the safety-program or call F-Blocks from the standard-program. Best regards, yy1

I used the'Check for Accesses from the Standard User Program' to find the problem (thanks to yy1). An F-DB was being written to indirectly in the train interlocking program (standard program). I corrected this by passing data to the F-program via memory words.

With this option cross reference is good but still getting the same error. I am using Distributed Safety V 5.4+SP5 with F-Confing V5.5 SP9+Upd1. Please find the attached image of Hardware config error. What will be the cause of that ? Please let me know if anybody have faced same problem. Thanks in Advance.
