A direct communication between two LAN networks is not possible, see chapter "private networks" in this Link The LAN packets must be encapsulate for transmission over WAN, this is done with VPN or IP Tunnel. Because i am not an expert for WAN, VPN and IP Tunnel, search in the internet for more informations, start with the above Link.
