Problem with order of objects in PCS7 HMI

After first importing your PDL into my test project I am able to move the higher layer object (VlvL layer 15) behind a lower layer object (polyline layer 2). This is normally not possible, that is, a higher layer object cannot be moved behind a lower layer object. As soon as I compile the OS (after replicating the hierarchy for a few sample objects) this behavior is no longer allowed. My conclusion is there a problem ( and I am not sure what) with your PDL. The workaround is to create a new PDL and copy/paste all objects from the original to the new screen. I have tested this and it works. Regards

ImtechArno Posts: 24 Rating: (1)	At last indeed..We gonna try this today.. But actually we are not able to move a higher layer object behind a lower layer object. The objects are placed behind the lines after compilation of the OS. When we open the picture in Graphics Designer the objects are indeed behind the lines. When we move the objects to front, they are indeed going to front, and we cannot move them behind the lines again. I'll reportback when I have tested this.

Phantom75 Posts: 2661 Rating: (279)	What is the version of your WinCC? I tried your PDL in my WinCC V7.0 SP2 I followed the steps below, can you repeat the steps and let me know? 1. Download and unzip the attachment. Then copy D-Pompen.Pdl to project. 2. Open WinCC and then D-Pompen.Pdl. 3. Click on object Pompen/301XV033/KlepHand - layer 15 and Send to back. 4. Does the above object go behind Polyline18 - layer 2 ?
