Encoder Fault - Sinamics

Motor Spec is 1FT7044-1AF71-1CH1 Encoder is 6FX2001-5JE24-2DC0 . in sinamics 840D We are having the Encoder 6FX2001-5JE24-2DA0 as spare , we replaced and found the following fault 231136 Axs Z1 component Encoder _12 Accoring to siemens website it is saying Sucessor:Successor: 6FX2001-5JE24-2DC0, fully compatible https://mall.industry.siemens.com/mall/en/WW/Catalog/Product/6FX20015JE242DA0 Please guide , how to correct it . Thanks

Please refer 6FX2001-5JE24-2DA0 product details wherein it is mentioned as spare encoder kit & LOAD DATA ON SITE SEE PRODIS ID 59459190. 2. If you have followed above step & even if fault triggers, please check fault value in r0949 & report here. Please check above point.
