Hello

i have a KTP400 Comfort HMI, after a power interruption, the HMI stopped working the screen displays:

KTP400 Comfort
Version Number
Mac Address

Enabling Update Mode
Loading Image From Flash

The Operating System of the HMI Device
is Damaged or Missing
Please Update the Operating System
with Reset to Factory Settings...

I have tried using Simatic Prosave using ethernet to no avail, a connection can not be established. Is there any other way to fix this problem?
