jm1983 Posts: 160 Rating: (6)	Greetings for all, I am trying to carry out a monitoring system with WinCC v5.1( in Windows Server 2000 + SP3) and a Sipart bus with Sipart DRs 20,21,22 and 24 using the bus driver C73451-A347-B202 and power pack 6DR2900-8BA . But in these moments I am stagnated , the WinCC doesn't achieve me to communicate with the DRs ( to be more specific, I have only used one DR21 in the bus at the same time for the tests, but this communicates with other PC using PDM v6.0 SP5 in XP SP3 without problems ) and I don't have more ideas for now, to solve the problem. I installed the WinCC in Windows XP SP3 too without advance neither, but in both cases the WinCC communicates with a S5-95U using the channel SIMATIC S5 Programmers Port AS511. The configuration of the devices is the following one: Sipart DR21: PC port configuration: S84= 1 ,with serial interface Communication speed: 9600 bits/s Data bits: 8 S85= 5 or 2 or 3 Parity: even S86= 0 ,9600 bit/s Stop bits: 1 S87= 0 ,vertical parity even Flow control : none reception buffer: 14 transmission buffer: 16 S88= 0 ,without longitudinal parity SIPART Channel-Unit1 in WinCC: S89= 0 , longitudinal parity normal Baud: 9600 bits/s Interface: COM1 S90= 11 ,addr Parity LRC: none S91= 0 (or 1) , none (or 1s) time monitoring CB(ES) Sipart logic conection: addr: 11 Type: 21 S41=0 ,CB static and without acknowlegement Process variables: S1 = 1, Slave /Syncro/SPC controller PW_w:45H,90H,0 LIN ,0 Proz,00100 S23= 0(or 8), CB static low (or high) PW_x:45H,8EH,0 LIN ,0 Proz,00100 S42=2, no blocking of internal/external switchover it could be this a problem of licenses ?? it could be a problem of the software versions of the DRs ?? I would appreciate enormously any help
