OP25 and PLC 135U (CPU928B) Communication

suk Posts: 17 Rating: (0)	Dear All I HAve OP25 and want to read and write data to and from the PLC s5-135U CPU 928B.I have somewhat half knwlwdge as i am familiar with S7 rather than S5 PLC's .Can anyone help me out How can I do this.Is there any manual online available to help.Which cable I must use after configuration to connect the PLC. Thanks in advance Suk

Yes I have found out the connection for tty connection.Now I have two question: 1) How can I get the Standard FB51 and how can I copy the same in to the existing S5 Project. 2) In the existing program there is alreday Non standadr FB51 have been Programmed.what u gonna suggest me at this stage. Thanks in advance. Suk Hello suk, Here some answers: 1) You should buy them. Here is a MLBF 6AV3980-1AA21-0AX0, but I don't know if it's still possible to buy. You should contact your Siemens representative. 2) I will suggest to change your FB51 into another FB. And use the Standard FB51 to communicate with panel. Best regards, Wizard
