I don't how the Schneider PLC make the addressing. You must read it in your PLC as a double float.

Have seen the data types of the registers?

There are float (4 Bytes) and double (8 Bytes).

Adressing of the registers have 2 Bytes. The addressing is wordwise, not bytewise as in Step 7.

You can not look at the regiters individually.
Example Register 3015, Totalizer 1 (m3).
The value Totalizer 1 (m3) is a double type, 8 bytes.
You must consider registers 3015, 3016, 3017, and 3018 as one value, not the individual registers.
This is also the reason why the next value (8 Totalizer 2 / Batch (m3)) starts in register 3019.

 Registers 3015, 3016, 3017, and 3018 as one value.

That's sounds good.

Have you try read as address 3014? In your screenshot we can see, Modbus address is Modbusregister minus 1 (3015 - 1 = 3014).
