Zoom problem with MTP

ErosMch1 Regular Member Joined: 6/27/2018 Last visit: 12/15/2025 Posts: 20 Rating: (0)	Hello, I have a simple project: - MTP1200, firmware v18.0.0.1 - One screen (name "screen 1") with one text inside. Zoom is not allowed (disabled it) - One screen (name "screen 2") with a windows screen inside, linked to "screen 1" The start page is "screen 2". The problem is if I zoom with "pinch to zoom", two fingers, all the screen windows is zooming in/out like in the video. I have this problem also if I just put one screen. Is not possible to block the zoom? If I have one screen with just information to read, for example, is it possible to disable the zoom? However, even if no screen windows are created, there is always a root screen window. Up to V18 Update 1, it was not possible to access the properties of this root screen in engineering, but only via scripting. As of V18 Update 1, there is a screen management that allows you to configure the parameters of the root screens. However, since there is a known bug with zooming settings via screen management, it will not help for a Unified Comfort Panel. In case of Unified Comfort Panel, use the scripting solution. Use the "OnLoaded" event of your main screen and place UI.RootWindow.InteractiveZooming = false; there. Kind regards Stefan

If you use a Screen Window and disable the Zoom-allow option, there will be no more zoom on the screen shown in the Screen Window. good luck

To prevent zooming, you need to change this setting for each screen window. And as I mentioned above, as with V18 Update 1 and also Update 2, the setting does not apply to the root window, you have to use the scripting solution. Kind regards Stefan
