Do you know if it is possible to communicate Wincc Unified PC with a PLC S7 200 + CP 243?

That is, you can try and work or not, but it could not be guaranteed. Perhaps OPC communication is the best option, but again, it may not work.

Itafusna's answer is quite correct, in the sense that WinCC Unified is a recent addition to Siemens line of HMIs, whereas the S7-200 family has been discontinued for some years. Therefore the connection methods between a S7-200 CPU and a WinCC Unified station might not be updated in their respective documentation.

Possibly this FAQ can provide some of the information you seek, it addresses communication options between  a S7-200  and WinCC Classic (v 7.x), and discusses various OPC servers that could help you out if you choose to go that way: either PC Acces or Simatic Net.

Make sure you take into account the version of Windows that supports you Microwin software for S7-200 programming, that might be a limiting factor in your selection of communicaton drivers..
