I cannot read any of the words in the posted image/screenshot because it is so very tiny.

However, I am guessing it says you cannot install WinCC v21 because an older WinCC is installed and must be uninstalled first.

I may be wrong.

Regardless, because it is the latest TIA Portal version, I suggest contacting Siemens Support, create a Support Request, and ask them for specific assistance installing V21 onto a PC with V17-V20 already installed.

but i cannot find it any where.

check Control panel - add remove program.

checked the TIA Portal installs i got V17 / 18 /18 /20 installed. but its not htere either.

Anyone ?
