Hello,

I have experience alot with this kind of Faults eg. F025, F026, F027 respectively.

As for your reference these faults:

F025 =UCE Ph. L1

A UCE shutdown has occurred in phase L1

F026 =UCE Ph. L2

A UCE shutdown has occurred in phase L2

F027 =UCE Ph. L3

A UCE shutdown has occurred in phase L3

Now, for your remedy with these faults you must directly replaced the IGD-Inverter Gate Drive board with respect to the location of the fault.

Example:

if the fault is F025, then replace IGD board in Phase Line 1.

if the fault is F026, then replace IGD board in Phase Line 2.

if the fault is F027, then replace IGD board in Phase Line 3.

But before you conclude that its the IGD board is defective please check first the connection of all fiber optic link starting from the IVI board going to the IGD board. If you see that all the fiber optic links are satifactory then proceed to changing directly the IGD board. For your reference on the picture of IGD board kindly see the attached file that I uploaded here.

There are many different reason  for F026 

1- IGBTs checked YOU HAVE TO TEST AND EASY TO CHECK

2- firing circuit IGD    REPLACE BY A NEW ONE AN

3- IVI REPLACE BY A NEW ONE

4- CABLES OPTICAL FIBER OR OTHER YOU HAVE TO TEST OR REPLACE

CHECK THE PREVIOUS REASONS ONE BY ONE

I encountered same problem many times before

it's IGD or CTs or current circuit problems

compact type CTs resistance 23.9 / 53.5 Ohm

 At my case Converter, this fault occur during zero from full speed. But on slow speed no any fault it is running fine, checked external seems ok We have fixed new drive but still same problem... 

Please suggest
