1. How can I insert in alarm-message value of some tag (WinCC flex 2005 OP77B & S7-200)?

Example: When boolean TAG1 change value from 0 to 1 need to save in alarm message “Batching 123,56 kg of flour”, where 123,56 value of TAG2.

2. When I insert limits of TAG1 as constants and insert out of limits value in recipe, I get message “Out of limits”.

Example: Limits: 0 and 200, insert 300 => message “Out of limits”.

But when I insert limits of TAG1 as tags (TAG2 and TAG3) and insert out of limits value in recipe, I don’t get message “Out of limits”.

Why?

I don’t find information in manuals, helps and FAQs.

Help me, please.

But…

1. This FAQ is not for S7-200 and Step7/MicroWIN. It is for S7-300/400 and Step7.

May be you can advice something else?

2. It’s a pity. I’ll think how to solve this problem by another way.
