 The output of the technology object is pulses. A very fast series of ONs and OFFs.
Those pulses are put into a motor, most likely though a drive, for the purpose of moving/rotating a "load". Load refers to whatever the motor is turning or moving.
So in this case the motor will complete one revolution every 19000 pulses (19000 ONs and OFFs) of the technology objects' output. And if the motor is turning a gear box that is moving a conveyor belt, for example, then every turn (every 19000 pulses) the conveyor belt will move 20.0 units of measurements (inches or mm)

You change those values to match your situation.

To your second question, you will need to experiment to determine the number of pulses per on revolution of your specific motor and from there you know how many pulses to output to the motor to get it turn specific number of revolutions and/or move and object specific distance.

 I changed the pulses per motor revolution from 19000 to 1000 but the output led light for the same time. I think it should be different , shouldn't it? 

and how to connect those numbers to the degree numbers of position that i set in the program. I mean if i set the position to 2 degree will it give 19000 pulses ? how will the motor do a complete revolution however the position is  just 2 degree?

no i just downloaded it to the plc. Didn't it compile the program automatically?

to make sure that it went to the plc i uploaded it from the plc to the pc and it was 1000 as i changed it.
