ok, I know i will use MD6 but what about network 6 i think there is something is missing. I think you get my problem now . Is there any solution?

I do not see your problem.

Is %MD6 standing still when %I0.4 = TRUE?
Does %MD6 continue its count when %I0.4 = FALSE?

 %MD6 standing still when %I0.4 = TRUE but after I0.4 becomes not true my count is moved to pulses according to netwrok6, so pulses now doesn't contain "stopcount" it contain the new value of my count.

At the moment %0.4 goes TRUE >> FALSE (%M1.0 = TRUE) the value in "stopcount" should be the new value for "mycount". If this is not so then the %M1.0 is already TRUE or you have the wrong hardware code in CTRL_HSC.

What is the HSC hardware number for the HSC that you use (%ID1004)? Which HSC number are you using in your hardware configuration? Look for "Hardware Identifier" in the HSC hardware configuration.

Hardware Identifier of hsc is  258 with  "Local~HSC_2"
