Please help!!

The Master Drive Fault Over current,then our customer replace the motor,then they do something on the Program,may be they are trying to do some ID run but happens the  drive makes error and display 008 On Locked,then they call me to check,so i go to make some diagnostic, i found out a lot of the parameters was change when i make compare the parameters with the original programmed,so i decided to make Factory Reset,then download the Original Parameters that i have it, but happen when downloading success fully finished some of the Parameters is Not Over Written.

I attached the picture of the Parameters that was not Over Written.

Why is this happen?can be CUVC card was already Broken?

Have you checked the meaning of that parameters (see manual).

Can you change it "manually" or per script?

Try redownload paramter

If the problem is still try replace cuvc and refownload paramtet

I already done Factory Reset,then dowload the Programmed again but still ON Locked 008 Drive Status.

to double check i print the Parameter then check it one by one, after all the parameters from the original programed was writen on the drives.

I compare the parameters to double check also, but still all they same.

Is any possible the CUVC card was already Broken?

i see some power paramter like  p72

so u can start with enter this paramter one by one using the original paramter

take care you must change the status p 60 every time after u enter the paramter
