hans1984 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello. Can anybody give me an idea what could be the problem of my Base oil pump drive. We have a problem. Please see summary. ********************************************************* We have problem with our Base Oil Cargo Pump which is we cant control it from IAS. There are several test that we have done so far. See below 1. Test startup manual control from Bridge and ECR station and from all IAS stations. Pump is not running. No feedback signals. No feedback current. 2. Switch to "local" on cabinet and run the pump - Pump is not and no signal operation on IAS. No "local control" indication on IAS. 3 Activate Emergency stop. Gives alarm A017. There is indication of "emergency stop" on IAS 4. Switch off 690V and 24V power suppy shutting down the cabinet for few minutes. Problem is still the same. 5. No any alarms indicating problem from local control panel (OP1S) and IAS. 6.Replaced CuVC card with new one ( 6SE7090-0XX84-0AB0 ). Same part no. of old one. 7. Replaced its CBP2 card ( 6SE7090-0XX84-0FF5 ) 8. Replace IVI card ( 6SE7038-6GL84-1BG0 ) 9. Measured values using masterdrive test box and it seems that all values are good. Power supply , Current sensors value , Transistors etc. The main problem now is that the VFD is not communicating to El.motor and IAS. Can you please help. *********************************************************

hans1984 Posts: 9 Rating: (0)	Hello to All This issue is already okay. This was solved by downloading the stored parameters in OP1S. Apparently , it looks like the some parameters in OP1S was changed for some reason. I have tested the pump and its working okay now. Thank you guys.
