I just replace a MicroMaster 440 250 kw by a new one available in our warehouse. I have installed the setting but a f0022 alarm is not reseting. Can anybody suggest urgently what to check?

Thank you for the reply. If it is stored dor longer time in the warehouse is that mean a special procedure should be appied prior to start the drive?

If the drive has been without power for 2 years or longer, then the ,reforming, procedure must be done before power is applied.

This involves applying a reduced Voltage, and increasing the level over time to reform the DC Link capacitors.

Actually i have replaced te motor today. Ther fault f0022 disappear but the F0002 overvoltage fault appear. I checked the parameter r0026 it shows around 580v which is equal to reading by a multimeter. The parameter P1272 is 800v. The fault is appearing at the startup of the motor but i can be reseted normally. Can you suggest what could be the solution.

This could be a cable fault, where the screen or armour of the cable is connecting to an output phase of the inverter drive.

Disconnect the motor cables at the motor terminal, and at the inverter drive and insulation test between phase connections and the screen or cable armour.
