Hello Experts, Drive 6RA7075-6DV62, 205 A 400V AC. Tripped on F067 = Converter cooling faulty. Checked r047 i002 & i003 values which found 0. Checked r013 = Display of heat sink temp which found 30 deg cent. This is normal i.e. room temp. Checked 2 nos fan rotation at bottom of drive, during running, 1 no fan out of 2, stops intermittently. Checked the resistance of both fans which ohmic value found equal. My question is, when heat sink temp is normal, why drive tripped? Does it sense fan resistance, failure or fan supply voltage drop? Thanks in advance. |

Hej Piscean, I only use Sinamics DCM, but i think Simoreg should be similiar. If your Simoreg got a MMC you could save some extra diagnosis-data on it and siemens could analyze it. I think a Support request will help you |

Hello. r047.001 contains fault value (also r949.001), what value you have here?. r047.002 and r047.003 contain additional info about fault. Check the connection of temperature sensor at X6, X7 terminals on board C98043-A7002 (look at page 126 in the manual). |

Hello KSN, Thanks for the reply. I have checked r047 as well as r0949 indexes values which found 0. As suggested by you checked the connection of sensor at terminals which are OK. On r013 display of heat sink is OK. Today once again checked which 27 deg cent, OK, I want to know because of fault fan i.e. short circuit or overload at fan etc. will the drive trip on F067? Does it checks/monitor fan supply voltage current etc. Your expert comments are highly requested. |

Hi Gordon, Thanks for reply. No there is no any MMC on the drive. All parameters are stored in EPROM. |

Hello, I found out the information. The current of both the fans is measured independently & compared with nominal current rating. (Nominal current of fan is 130mA) If actual current drawn by fan falls below 89 mA or increases above 230 mA, fault F067 is displayed & drive trips. I am sharing this information which may be helpful to other users. |
