    We have two MMC440 and one SIMOVERT MASTERDRIVE driver inside electrical cabinet. When the 

electricity is off and again on, MMC440 gives fault 70 and simovert give fault 80. The operator can not reset them from HMI. The fault have to be reseted on keypad. Besides when the machine works and go faults, the operator have to reset by keypad.

     Our electrical cabinet is locked for safe. How can we overcome this problem? Should we reset the driver as hard reset?

Is the HMI the master of your communication? The HMI is communicating with yours drives via Profibus?

With you said I can only think that the reset command via profibus isn't configured. Can you check that please?

Both the faults are related with communications. MM440 fault can be acknowledeged by DI, but you need to check is spare DI is available & needs logic to be modified. So instead, please check the communication cables, connectors for proper tight connection, proper shielding etc. which will help to solve your problem.
